FrantixMedia transaction, refund and return policy

The FrantixMedia platform is a digital 3D marketplace, where both independent artists and 3D modelers (‘tweakers’) and buyers can transact online for digital assets (images, 3D Models, and soon non-fungible tokens/cryptoassets). As a marketplace we will do our best to implement system checks and balances to ensure that you are not left dissatisfied with the end result including:

• Ratings of the 3D modelers (tweakers) 
• Mandatory escrow to ensure no money is moved until the transaction is complete
• Transaction completion only after approval is given from the buyer based on model samples that can be viewed online

FrantixMedia will also provide the following support:

• Help intermediate requirements disputes 
• Applying penalties to tweakers for not adhering to tendered schedules
• If a project is not completed in time or not at the standard specified in the transaction, the buyer will have their committed money returned to them in full after assessment by FrantixMedia; 

Note: At the buyer’s discretion and with the agreement of the tweaker, the buyer could either allow the tweaker to complete the original model at a lower cost or could re-negotiate the price/requirements/timeframe.  

FrantixMedia reserves the right to limit or decline to refund any models that were purchased more than 7 days prior to the refund request or after final approval by buyer and transaction settlement.

FrantixMedia will provide input of judgement on the requirements and whether a penalisation of the Tweaker is necessary or not.
